China's service trade continues to boom

Since 2012, China's service trade has registered an annual growth of 6.1 percent, 3.1 percentage points higher than the world.
The trade value grew 21.6 percent year-on-year in the first half of 2022, with total value standing at 2.89 trillion yuan ($426 billion).
The 2022 China International Fair for Trade in Services, or CIFTIS, an important platform for global cooperation and international exchanges, will be held in Beijing from Aug 31 to Sept 5.
