“We promise that we are together with them,” said #HongKong Secretary for Housing Winnie Ho Wing-yin on Saturday, assuring that residents affected by the recent fire in Tai Po can stay in transitional housing rent-free until suitable long-term homes are arranged. Ho added that the government is working across departments to explore all possible housing solutions for the displaced families.
