WANG TAIHUA Common people to score on sports facilities As a rising sports nation, China has achieved great success in the past five years; and the 12th Five-Year Plan (2011-2015) is an important stage for China's development into a real sports powerhouse in the future. To further promote sports, the State Council passed the Regulations on National Fitness in 2009, the first national regulations to stipulate that citizens have the right to participate in national fitness activities.
