BMW produced in China goes on sale

The first BMW 325I produced
in China went on sale across the country on Saturday.
Priced at 473,850 yuan (41,000 US dollars), the vehicle is 200, 000 yuan
cheaper than its imported counterpart.
The BMW 325I shares almost same design and accessories as imported versions,
except for the control panel, gear shift, steering wheel and tires.
The car was manufactured in plants of Brilliance China Automotive Holding
Limited in Shenyang, northeast China's Liaoning Province. The BMW Group and the
Brilliance signed an agreement for the production and sale of the BMW 3 series
in March this year.
