Over the past 24 years, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) has grown from six member states to a big family of 26 member states, observers and dialogue partners, deepening cooperation in politics, economy, security, cultural and people-to-people exchanges.
Each collaboration conveys the "Shanghai Spirit" featuring "mutual trust, mutual benefit, equality, consultation, respect for diversity of civilizations and pursuit of common development".
Now, we invite you to answer the call for submissions: "Grow with SCO". Record development with words, capture change through lenses, share warmth via videos.
從黃浦江奔流不息的浪潮，到海河之濱的波光粼粼，24年來，上海合作組織從6個成員國發展到如今擁有成員國、觀察員國、對話伙伴國共計26個國家的大家庭。這些跨越山海的好朋友、好伙伴，在政治、經濟、安全、文化、教育等各領域，實現互信、互利、平等的“多向奔赴”。
24載歲月如歌，見證的不僅是東方大國與歐亞大陸的文明交響，更是各國人民間的深情厚誼。每一次握手、每一次交流、每一次合作，都在書寫溫暖動人的“上合故事”，傳遞“互信、互利、平等、協商、尊重多樣文明、謀求共同發展”的“上海精神”。
我們誠邀您，跟隨“我和上合共成長”作品征集活動的腳步，用文字記錄發展，用鏡頭捕捉變化，由視頻傳遞溫暖，共同講述上合組織多彩故事，展望上合組織美好未來。
1. Individuals or team representatives who have participated in cooperation projects under the SCO framework (such as economy and trade, science and technology, education, culture, environmental protection, health, youth exchange, etc.)
2. Practitioners committed to promoting friendly exchanges and cooperation among SCO member states
3. Individuals from all walks of life who follow the SCO's development
活動面向上海合作組織成員國、觀察員國及對話伙伴國相關人員開展征集：
1. 曾參與上合框架下合作項目（如經貿、科技、教育、文化、環保、衛生、青年交流等）的個人或團隊代表；
2. 致力于推動上合組織成員國間友好交流與務實合作的踐行者；
3. 關注上合組織發展的社會各界人士。
Renowned experts will be invited to shortlist works from all the submissions. The selected
works will be featured on the China Daily Website.
Creators of outstanding works will be invited to participate in activities such as on-site
creation tours, round-table talks, etc.
主辦方將邀請權威專家遴選優秀作品，入選作品將在中國日報網活動專題頁面發布；同時，優秀作品創作者將有機會受邀參加采風創作、交流座談等活動。

The characters and experiences should not be fictional. Photography and short videos should be original.
緊扣“我和上合共成長”主題，體現“上海精神”。
故事、人物、經歷需真實可信，杜絕虛構。攝影、視頻作品需為原創拍攝。作品內容健康，傳遞正能量，旨在促進上合組織大家庭的團結與發展。
1. The contributor shall hold independent, complete, clear and undisputed ownership and copyright and all other rights to the submitted work, and shall not plagiarize, copy or counterfeit any third-party works. Video works shall not be entirely composed of online materials, shall not contain any commercial logos, and if AI tools are used in the creation, such use must be clearly indicated. The submitted work shall not contain any information or take on any form that is illegal or against public order and good customs, and shall not infringe upon any legitimate rights and interests of any third parties, including but not limited to copyright, right of portraiture, right of reputation, right of privacy. In the event of any violation or infringement, the contributor shall assume full liability, and the qualification for selection shall be terminated.
2. The contributor must provide information including personal name and contact details, as well as name and description of the work truthfully.?Submission under a pseudonym, alias, or anonymity is not allowed. All provided information must be authentic without any willful fabricated. Any violation will result in disqualification from the activity.
3. The contributor hereby agrees and authorizes China Daily Website to utilize the selected works for purposes including but not limited to exhibitions, displays, publications, distribution, communication through information networks, promotion, advertising, use in other works, adaptation into videos, and any other forms of use or public communication. The rights to use the submitted work include but are not limited to reproduction, distribution, exhibition, screening, broadcasting, communication through information networks, adaptation, and compilation and other copyrights, as well as authorization of other partners to use it in the same way as above. No additional remuneration shall be provided for the aforementioned uses.
4. This activity is free of charge and no submissions will be returned.
5. Submission of works shall be deemed as acknowledgement, approval and acceptance of all terms and conditions of this activity program.
6. The organizers reserve the right to interpret the rules of this activity within the scope permitted by law.
1. 投稿人對所投作品擁有獨立、完整、明確、無爭議的所有權、著作權等全部權利，不得抄襲、拷貝、仿冒他人作品；視頻作品內容不可全部來源于網絡素材，不得帶有任何商業性標識，如使用AI手段輔助須作顯著標注。所投作品內容不存在違法、違反公序良俗的內容或表現形式且不得侵犯第三方包括但不限于著作權、肖像權、名譽權、隱私權等在內的任何合法權益，如有違法或侵權的，責任均由投稿人自行承擔，并取消入選資格。
2. 投稿人必須如實填寫姓名、聯系方式、作品名稱、作品說明等信息，不得以筆名、化名或匿名形式投稿，且必須內容真實、不得隨意虛構，違者將取消參與資格。
3. 投稿人同意并授權：作為活動主辦方，中國日報網有權將入選作品用于包括但不限于展覽、展示、出版、發行、信息網絡傳播、宣傳、廣告、在其他作品中使用、改編成視頻以及以其他方式的使用、公開傳播等，使用權利包括但不限于復制、發行、展覽、放映、廣播、信息網絡傳播、改編、匯編等著作權權利，以及授權其他合作方以上述相同的方式使用等。對前述使用，將不再另行支付報酬。
4. 活動不收取任何費用，不退稿。
5. 一經投稿,即視為知悉并認可與接受本次活動方案的全部內容。
6. 主辦方在法律允許范圍內對本次活動規則保留解釋權。
